Crypto Market, High Risk or Low Risk?

Crypto Market, High Risk or Low Risk?

Jul 26 Tech Standard

Bitcoin climbed above $67,000 today after yesterday’s decline. Santiment analyzed which cryptos are riskier.

Using MVRV-Z Score, Santiment found which cryptos are overvalued or bearish. A high MVRV ratio means investors hold unrealized profits and might sell. A low MVRV ratio means investors hold unrealized losses and might buy.

Toncoin, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Dogecoin are in the red zone of MVRV-Z Score, indicating high value and high risk. Investors might sell as these assets could be overvalued. TON’s rate is 5.09, BTC’s is 2.2, ETH’s is 0.95, and DOGE’s is 0.5.

On the other hand, altcoins with a low MVRV-Z Score below 0 are low value and less risky. These altcoins might offer buying opportunities. Uniswap, Shiba Inu, Polygon, Chainlink, Cardano, and XRP have low MVRV-Z Scores. UNI’s rate is -2.29, SHIB’s is -1.63, MATIC’s is -0.95, LINK’s is -0.61, ADA’s is -0.38, and XRP’s is -0.2.
