Ethereum's Iconic Collection Back on Top

In a resurgence of the OG NFT collection, CryptoPunks reclaimed the top spot on the daily NFT sales chart on Tuesday. With a total sales volume of US$663,757 across 11 unique buyers, the average sale price for a CryptoPunk stood at a hefty US$60,341. This latest surge pushes the collection's all-time sales volume to an impressive US$2.86 billion, solidifying its position as the third largest NFT collection by sales volume in the industry.

Bitcoin-Based NodeMonkes Hot on Heels

While CryptoPunks reigned supreme, the Bitcoin-based collection NodeMonkes closely followed, generating a daily sales volume of US$627,789. This collection saw significantly higher buyer activity with 88 unique buyers and 97 transactions. Notably, NodeMonkes holds the title of the top Bitcoin-based NFT collection and is currently ranked 26th across all blockchains with a total sales volume of US$254.7 million. The collection is now within striking distance of Ethereum-based VeeFriends, which occupies the 25th spot.

Ordinal Maxi Biz and Other Notable Collections

Another Bitcoin-based collection, Ordinal Maxi Biz (OMB), secured the third position with sales of US$548,126. Immutable's Guild of Guardians Heroes came in fourth with US$507,352, while Solana's Mad Lads slipped from the previous day's third spot to fifth with US$469,037.

Ethereum Maintains Sales Leadership

Despite a slight dip from the previous day, Ethereum remained the top-selling blockchain with a total daily sales volume of US$4.4 million.
