January 21, NEW DELHI (Reuters) - The anti-graft ombudsman has ordered the suspension of two board directors by the state-owned Steel Authority of India, the firm announced in a statement on Sunday without elaborating on the accusations.

The company's performance won't be impacted by the suspension, according to a statement from Chairman Amarendu Prakash.
"Everything is operating as it normally does. "Our commitment is to maintain the utmost levels of ethical behavior and corporate governance," he declared.
